Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product that you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
Damaged/Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty or damaged we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.
Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.
